Purchasing Committee Chairs

Joel McDonald has over 40+ yrs. of both domestic and international purchasing experience including a combined 23yrs. in both the scrap metal processing and slag industries. Prior to retiring from EDW C LEVY , he was the NSA Purchasing Committee Chair for 9 years. During that time period, he assisted in actively recruiting new NSA Allied Members, along with scheduling host companies for Annual Spring and Summer Meetings.

Brian St. Clair is the TMS International Senior Director of Operations Planning & Procurement based out of the Corporate Office in Horsham, Pennsylvania.  Brian works closely with the equipment and operations management teams at TMS, for both Domestic and International locations.  Brian joined TMS in 1998 in the Finance Department and has held various roles in Finance and Operations at the Company.  In addition to Supply Management responsibilities, Brian has also served in capacities such as financial analysis, capital planning and budgeting, asset financing, project management, and supporting Company growth strategies.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
