General Allied Members Guidelines

 

Please review the Annual Meeting Booth Guidelines in their entirety for important details regarding booth reservations, booth specifications, shipping procedures, and related requirements.

Shipment Tracking Requirement:
Members shipping materials for their booth must complete the Shipment Tracking Form (located below). The form requires your name, the total number of packages, and all associated tracking numbers. Submitting this information ensures that materials received for the Annual Conference are properly identified, consolidated, and delivered to the conference room in a timely and organized manner.

Booth Setup:
Booth setup will begin on September 14, 2026 at a time to be determined (TBD). Additional details regarding access times will be communicated in advance of the event.

Electrical Service:
Exhibitors requiring electrical service at their booth must reserve power directly using the following link: Encore AV Services – Ritz Carlton Naples
