Jon R. Hunter

Director Harsco Environment Health and Safety North America / Harsco Corporation Global Environmental

Jon is responsible for supporting EHS initiatives at the North America level and managing Global Environmental issues.  Primary responsibilities include strategic planning associated with EHS, driving continuous improvement in EHS programs, providing regulatory governance, supporting the process of maturing the North American safety culture and managing current and legacy environmental issues globally. Prior to joining Harsco in 2017, Jon was the EHS Business Leader for Eaton Corporation’s Electrical System and Services group.  Jon has also held multiple EHS leadership roles at the local, regional and corporate level for the US Department of Energy, Delphi Automotive System (General Motors) and Honeywell Aerospace. Jon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Westminster (PA) College.  Jon is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and a Special Government Employee (SGE) with the OSHA as part of the Voluntary Protection Program.

Clint McGinty

Senior Vice President Safety & Asset Reliability Phoenix Services, LLC

Clint McGinty is the Senior Vice President of Safety & Asset Reliability for Phoenix Services llc, a global leader in sustainable solutions, metal recovery and waste recycling servicing the global steel industry.  He has been working to improve safety outcomes in the steel industry for the last decade.  More recently his objective is to integrate safety and asset reliability as a single discipline in a company whose work is centered around mobile assets.   A graduate of Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, he also received his master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Indiana State University. As well he serves as a co-chair of the National Slag Associations Safety Committee and as one of the associations Executive Board Members.
